Thom’s Elephant Camp

This year during the winter break I had the opportunity to visit Thailand with several of my American friends.  It was a super cool experience and over the next few weeks I will be sharing some of my photo’s and videos from the trip.

Thom’s Elephant Camp is located in Pai, Thailand a small town in the northern part of the country.  It was so cool to be able to touch and play with the elephants, including feeding them bananas and playing in the river with these beautiful animals.  I had no idea how smart elephants were until I got to meet one in person.  She would take a banana and hide it in her trunk then reach out for another one, and save them until she had like five or six wrapped up in the curve of her trunk.

Take a look at the video.
